Changing/Installation Bathroom Water Tap

Brought the above bathroom water tap from Hoe Kee 6 years ago when I renovated my house. After 6 years, the water tap started to leak. Look at the pictures, the water tap was made of poor quality. The side turner started to give way, I was disappointed how bad quality that Hoe Kee had sell me this bathroom product that I brought from them.

I started to look around at my near by hardware shop for a bathroom tap but I did not find any that I like in term of price and quality. So started again to look online and I found this premium classic bathroom tap that cost me US$18.00.
